Riot Games has officially opened pre-registration for their latest mobile auto-battler strategy game, Golden Spatula, starting today. After its initial release in China, the game is now available for pre-registration in the SEA regions, including Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore.

Golden Spatula is a mobile-exclusive auto-battler game and a spin-off of TeamFight Tactics (TFT), which is itself derived from League of Legends (LOL). Players can expect to build a powerful team using iconic LOL champions, featuring fresh gameplay mechanics, improved visuals, and personalized items for a unique strategy experience.

In Golden Spatula, you'll need to outsmart your opponents by selecting champions from a random pool of League of Legends heroes and assembling the most powerful team. A key feature of the game is the Golden Spatula, a unique item that can transform a champion, granting them new abilities and advantages. You can also equip your champions with various items and level them up to strengthen your lineup.

The gameplay revolves around facing off in head-to-head matches against seven other players. Test your strategic skills by deploying the best battle formations and eliminating opponents until you remain the last player standing. Despite being a dedicated MLBB player, I’m intrigued to try this game myself.

Although Golden Spatula is a spin-off of TFT, it streamlines the gameplay to provide a faster, more casual experience, while still retaining core mechanics. The game is tailored for mobile devices, offering an accessible and enjoyable strategy experience for on-the-go gaming.
